Introducing Online Technical Office Hours for MaaS360 Users

Since the beginning of the Client Success Mission the one request that we have heard most from you, the users of MaaS360, was that you wanted more access to technical knowledge. To at least partially address this demand, we are pleased to inform you that our first series of Technical Online Office hours will begin on Wednesday, January 15th at 1 pm GMT / 8 am ET.

What Are Technical Office Hours?

These office hours are an opportunity for you to learn from one of our technical experts. Each session  will focus on a particular aspect of MaaS360, aimed at improving your knowledge and skills with the platform. It will give you a flavour of best practices to use in your own MaaS360 Environment.  The sessions will take the form of a 20 -30 minute presentation / demonstration on the headline topic. Afterwards, there will be time for questions both related to the topic and other technical issues that you may have.

What About Other Issues?

Yes, we hope that you will ask our technical experts all types of questions about your MaaS360 implementation. Due to the amount of questions that could be asked we do request that you let us know questions not related to the session’s given topic in advance. This will give our expert time to give you the best possible response.

How Do I Submit My Questions?

You can do submit questions in a number of different ways. You can either comment on this blog post and we will add it to the question list for the next session or you can email [email protected] or [email protected]. If you do email either of the accounts, please put OFFICE HOURS QUESTION in the subject bar. This will ensure that your question is added to the list for the next office hours session.

I know I’m not the most organised human, but this I have organised! The table below contains all the information about topics and registration details for each of the sessions between now and April.
